In year 2017 Genesis was invited to submit a bid for BTS warehouse project in Manado, for a leading multinational Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) in Indonesia. The company was in urgent need of a bigger warehouse for business expansion and there was no modern warehouse available at that time in Manado.
There was a new regulation from local government that prohibits warehouse to be close to town. Genesis finally won the contract to build a 10,125 m2 of modern warehouse and it is still in use as of today.
